Elite Edge Coaching combines hands-on hybrid training experience with real involvement inside HYROX competition environments.

 

Alongside coaching athletes for performance, longevity, and conditioning, I have completed the HYROX365 Foundation Course and served as an assistant HYROX judge — gaining firsthand experience with race standards, movement expectations, pacing demands, and competition structure.

 

My coaching is supported by certifications in Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, and Nutrition through ISSA, allowing training programs to focus not only on performance, but also long-term health, recovery, and sustainable progress.

 

My goal is to help athletes train intelligently, perform confidently, and continue improving both inside and outside competition.

Real-world coaching, competition involvement, and performance education combined into one structured approach.
